We support women in understanding and negotiating their compensation, and advise employers on attracting and retaining women over the long-term.
Our mission is to enable recognition, opportunity and influence for women in the workplace through individual and employer coaching. We do this in two ways:
1) We advise women in compensation and contract negotiations, from junior roles to senior executives. Using our team’s deep expertise in compensation, we empower women to feel confident in asking for the compensation they deserve.
2) We advise companies on retention, policy and governance, informed by research. We help employers implement practices that retain and engage women over the long-term, and set up governance structures to support these practices.
