What does “holistic” mean? It refers to the treatment of the “whole person,” while taking into account mental and social factors, rather than just the symptoms of a disease or mental illness. If you have a mental health condition for example, you are not your condition, or label someone may have put on you. You don’t need to have a mental health condition though to come see us.
