The goal of Chinese Medicine is not to force change (like surgery or drugs) but to help regulate the systems in the body. If a system is overactive it needs to be calmed and if underactive it needs to be stimulated. Through acupuncture, cupping and lifestyle and nutritional therapies, I work with people to overcome and manage their health issues in a holistic way that empowers them to move forward and feel good in their bodies and lives.
