Taylor Willis Counselling

Taylor Willis Counselling offers online counselling across B.C for individuals and couples struggling with relationships, life transitions, anxiety, and trauma.

While life can be filled with joy, wonder and new experiences, it can also prove to be stressful, anxiety-provoking and incredibly challenging. These situations can impact our self-worth, mood, our relationships with our loved ones, and ability to move through the world. Through providing a safe, non-judgmental space I can help you process and heal from traumatic experiences, identify and build upon your strengths, develop a deeper connection with yourself and others, and live a more meaningful life. I use a collaborative approach to work with you to draw from your expertise on your own life, while guiding you to grow and help you understand yourself better. I use a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive approach to support you in reaching your goals. I believe in using empirically supported modalities that are tailored to each client’s unique needs.

In the past 10 years I have spent working in the mental health field, I have worked with clients who have experienced past trauma, experienced anxiety, struggled with self-esteem and self-compassion, experienced challenges with transitions (ie. changes in career, schooling, relationships), challenges with sex/sexuality, and experienced relationship challenges. I provide a safe space that is neurodivergent affirming, queer-friendly, culturally sensitive, and trauma informed.
