We are a bakery mainly focused on the production of “Panettone ” that is sold online and in small retail stores around Vancouver and the rest of Canada.
Our goal and passion is to find somethings new and different to then develop the product and make it better until we are sure it is unique and we are 100% proud to share it with other people.

Our business model is structured on the following steps: ordering-production-delivery-pickup because we only produce what is ordered to make sure our customers get ” ALWAYS” the freshest product and to avoid any kind of “FOOD WASTE”.
