Arise runs programs for school-aged girls (k-7) that focus on personal safety and confidence-building. We combine social-emotional learning (eg. mindfulness and emotional regulation) with physical literacy (eg. movement and self-defense) into fun classes for kids. Typically these are in-person but we’re switching it up to online classes during this time.
