Looking for a unique log home or cabin on your property? We are here to turn your vision into a reality! In collaboration with General Contractor Lacey Developments and Architectural designer, Streamline Design, we build 2 different cabin packages which you can put anywhere in the world you want. We only build the log frames. For $ 84000, you get The Sasquatch (2 levels, 967 sq. ft. main floor with 435 sq. ft. loft + 3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms ) and for $ 39000 you get The Twin Eagle (1 level, 624 sq. ft, 1 and 2 bedroom options.). Both are Post and Beam-style with the use of Douglas Fir. The other option is Western Red Cedar, then it is $96.000 for the Sasquatch and $45.000 for the Twin Eagle. All the cabins can be modified and adjusted in size! So if you want to change the layout or add a basement or garage that is no problem. We can build the frame in 2/3 months in our yard in Salmon Arm and re-assemble it on location in a week. Our process can take up to 4/6 months or more if permits are required. We are a sub-contractor, so for foundation, electrical, and plumbing, you need a general contractor. A finished "lock-up" cabin is roughly between 300 & 500 K (excl. foundation, electrical & plumbing). The cabins in the photo are on the property of Sandpiper Golf Resort in Harrison Mills. They are one of our clients. We have openings to build in 2024. The cabins and our log homes are in high demand. On our website, you can find more designs of cabins/homes. Artisan Log and Timber Homes have been designing, creating and building log cabins and log structures throughout Canada, the U.S., Europe and Asia for over 49 years. Artisan may well be the oldest established log home construction company in Western Canada.
Rob Littler, the President, has been recognized for his work with log home plans of any style and has been actively building log cabins and other forms of log home construction since 1973. Rob Littler and Katherine Hammond built their first log home in Quesnel, a small northern town in B.C. They then moved to Mission B.C. where Artisan has been building ever since.

This ad is owned by me, Bob van der Vliet, contractor for Artisan Log Homes. Therefore, please contact me for questions, more photos or info. Thank you.
