Specialize in melon pans filled with chocolate, mochi and Japanese cakes.
After working hard in famous hotels and restaurants, I decided to open my own hard-working kitchen in Vancouver. Baker and Table Cafe literally means me ( a Mom) and the table we use under our cash register.
This name says that my dream came true from nothing – starting only with a table I found at a thrift store auction. And so you can begin again at any point of your life too. I really hope that my story encourages you to do what you love most and that your dream comes true like mine did.
At our cafe we only use quality ingredients and products to give a little happiness to your life (Callebaut chocolate, Hopcott Meats, Republic Roasters, etc.)
