With over 20 years of yoga teaching experience, Lori is a C-IAYT Yoga Therapist offering private yoga sessions online and in person to students wanting to expand or deepen their experience of yoga. She specializes in breath optimization and postural alignment for acute trauma, however works well with a diverse clientele who sometimes require her skills with chronic pain management and trauma informed training. Lori also hosts an uplifting weekly Hatha Yoga class online, honouring a sense of community and connection.
