I was born in Port of Spain Trinidad and I lived in Winnipeg for over 20 years. I moved to Salmon Arm 4 years ago and I am happy here. I started braiding hair as a child and recently started my hair braiding and dreadlocks business “Cecelia’s Hair Designs” located in Salmon Arm BC.
I offer unique hair styles that is tailored to each individual that comes through my door. My hours of operation are Monday- Friday 9 am -5 pm, Saturday 10 am – 5 pm and Sunday 11 am – 4pm. Call to book your appointment 204-296-9065.
