Char Wong-Richardson, a trauma survivor turned self-love and confidence coach, is the heart and soul behind this IBPOC/WOC owned and operated local small business. As a trauma-informed NLP Master Practitioner, she empowers women to cultivate unstoppable confidence, break unhealthy patterns, and build the dream life they desire by loving themselves first. Char also provides consulting services on authentic leadership and incorporates a coaching approach for new coaches, focusing on EDI principles. Deeply passionate about amplifying the voices of those from marginalized communities and women, Char integrates diversity, equity, and inclusion into the core of her coaching and consulting practice.

Born to Chinese immigrants in Canada, Char’s journey is a testament to overcoming familial, cultural, societal, and self-imposed expectations. Through her healing journey from trauma and navigating life with PTSD, she redefined her path, aligning her reality with her authentic self. Char’s purpose is to live her truth with compassion and grace while empowering others to do the same.

An extroverted introvert and city girl loving suburban life, Char is obsessed with all things Hawaiian, pineapples, and ice cream. Known for her honesty and humor, she believes in sharing her journey to connect deeply with others, helping them feel less alone or simply providing a good laugh.
