Our serene studio offers a sanctuary in the heart of Kitsilano. Our goal is to create a modern and fresh space where our clients feel energized and relaxed at the same time.
We use new state-of-the-art equipment from Balanced Body, one of the leading manufacturers of Pilates equipment. We’ve chosen Balance Body because it is currently the most safe, effective and comfortable equipment on the market. We have Balanced Body wunda chairs, reformers, springboards as well as a variety of other effective tools to maximize your Core experience.
Our Pilates-certified instructors all have comprehensive Pilates training, which includes more than 500 hours of learning and experience. Expect to work with friendly, attentive and knowledgeable instructors who are receptive to your needs, and care about you and your experience.
