As a solution-focused therapist, I utilize evidence-based techniques to help you identify and overcome negative thought patterns. If you’re struggling to find a sense of well-being in your life, you may feel chronically unwell, and disconnected from your core sense of self. You might find yourself relying on unfulfilling coping strategies, or caught in patterns that lead you back to the same point, again and again.

I believe everyone is unique and has different needs, so I customize treatment for you. Together we will explore what shapes your current situation and what it might look like to maintain current life patterns versus trying out new ones. By exploring your strengths, challenges, and what motivates you, together, we can create a plan for success. The first step to maximizing your potential is to reach out for support.
