I have been problem solving since my first memory. Whether in the field, the office, a classroom, or a sports game, you’ll see me bringing opposing ideas together and finding an even better solution.

Today, my focus is on leaders combatting climate change. Combining engineering principles with people skills, I help them tap into existing resources to accomplish their initiatives.

I run training on how to think like an entrepreneur, lead individuals and teams through goal setting exercises, and help you discover solutions you never would alone.
