Art therapy one on one sessions and workshops utilizing music, visual art, performance art and written word to heal.

We help improve mental health by using art as a therapy and healthy outlet. Private one on one sessions are available and there are 3 programs. We have “Organized Chaos” that focuses on those who struggle with drug/alcohol dependency and mental health challenges. Art therapy utilizes music, visual art, performance art and written word to heal and Re-Wild Yourself back to health. There is also “Young at HeART” program is for seniors and is inclusive of seniors with Dementia. It builds resilience, confidence and improves quality of life. Goddess Rising is the third program, which is an empowerment program for women that is person centered and trauma informed.
