2. Draw an existing floor plan – Create the client profile and preferences list – Scope of the work and budget
3. Concept design – Space planning – Material selection
4. Full drawing package – 2D drawings and 3D renders – Custom millwork drawings – Material and finishes spec list – Lighting or plumbing drawings – Permit drawing
5. Design package could either be constructed by us (full project management) or be given to your general contractor or builder to be implemented by them.

Design fees are calculated based on an hourly basis/Square footage/ fixed rate as per the scale of the project.
