Island Eko Pantry provides you with a unique experience both sensual and cultural. We hope to bring a spoonful of magic to your everyday meal.

We are proudly crafting small batch healthy Asian ferments and educating about Asian-inspired food culture in Victoria, BC. Our main products include 3 flavoured miso (Ginger/leek/jalapeno), gochujang, All-purpose sauce, rice balls (It’s commonly eaten in Asia and very yummy!) and seasonal products using local produce.
We also host online/in-person workshops and teach people how to make miso, kimchi as well as Japanese and Korean homestyle cooking classes.

Our products are currently available at local farmer’s markets, holiday markets, and retail stores (online & offline) on Vancouver Island and on our website. Please check our market schedule on our website.
