I am a Certified Professional Coach working with clients to surface and centre their authentic selve, become fully situated in their unique personal value and significance, and create deeply fulfilling, meaningful and genuinely happy lives that are in alignment with their core values, priorities, and fundamental emotional desires.
With a background in Counselling and Psychology and degrees in Sociology and Women & Gender Studies, as well as a lifetime of experience, I bring an integrated and holistic approach to our work together. Facilitating a process of self uncovering and reclamation, I guide clients to locate their truth, come into alignment with who they truly are, and reconnect with their inner guidance and intuitive knowing. I work with them to make life-affirming choices and shifts in their lives as they embark upon their greatest life experience.
Client sessions are personalized, intuitive and co-created, as I work with clients to feel into their own knowing and follow the path that is uniquely theirs.
