We found the sweet spot between a pad that provides maximum protection and comfort while being environmentally friendly. Made from organic bamboo, joni pads are super soft and ultra-absorbent, and are free from bleach and other chemicals. Our plastic-free wrappers are compostable, and our pads break down within a year, compared to the 300+ years it takes conventional pads. There’s no other pad like it in Canada.
joni is accessible across Canada through online orders and subscriptions at a competitive price. joni subscriptions offer discounted rates, and shipping is free within Canada to even remote communities where it would otherwise cost as much as $45 for a box of pads adding to the pressure of those most at risk.
One in three young Canadians cannot afford safe period care. In response, for every box of joni pads purchased, we give a box of pads to someone in need via partner organizations across the country including the United Way, Mamas for Mamas, the Cridge Centre, Twelve Donations, The 519 Toronto and others.
