I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) and a Registered Art Therapist (RCAT). My counselling and art therapy practice includes both virtual and in-person sessions. I specialize in working with adults who experience anxiety, depression, burnout, stress, eating disorders, perfectionism and self-esteem issues.

I have found while therapy can be rewarding and helpful it can also be vulnerable and challenging at times. My goal is to create a space where you feel well-heard and supported to reach greater ease and healing in your life.

My approach is calm, caring and collaborative. I provide a 15-minute free consultation to determine if we are a good fit to work together. It would be my honour to work alongside you to build a stronger relationship with yourself and with others.
