We offer Culinary Cooking Classes in the Kamloops area, taught by a highly experienced and certified Red Seal Chef, our very own Chef Chez! Kuzina Messer Culinaire is here to guide you toward expanding your culinary knowledge while having fun in the kitchen. Our cooking classes also teach students new cultural foods from around the world! Our chef hails from the Philippines, where food scarcity in the slums shaped their deep appreciation for food and a desire to share culinary cultures. In our cooking classes, we focus on authentic cultural dishes from around the globe. Kuzina Messer Culinaire’s goal is to provide young chefs with the tips & tricks they need to feel more confident & adventurous in their kitchens! One of our core commitments is to create a supportive environment for the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. We offer a safe and inclusive space where individuals can not only learn new culinary techniques but also savor the delicious dishes they create. Through our programs, we aim to boost the confidence of 2SLGBTQIA+ youth by providing them with the opportunity to develop their culinary skills and forge meaningful connections with like-minded individuals. At Kuzina Messer Culinaire, we are committed to creating a vibrant and inclusive culinary community that celebrates diversity and empowers individuals to explore their passion for cooking. Our classes go beyond just teaching recipes; they are a gateway to self-discovery and personal growth. We take pride in offering a welcoming space for everyone, regardless of their background or skill level, to come together and share in the joy of creating and enjoying delicious food.
We offer a variety of programs for both adults and kids. Our adult classes are offered 3 times a week on Thursday, Fridays, and Saturdays.
For kids we offer an after school cooking class program downtown on Thursdays and on the north shore on Fridays.
We also offer Pro-D day classes for kids, spring break, and summer programs!
