Lita’s began with a desire to create delicious and natural North Mexican “uncooked” style flour tortillas, without the use of preservatives or dough conditioners, which are now found in several retail stores. Along with the flour tortillas, Lita’s continues to grow and recreate traditional family recipes into superior quality and authentically flavored vegan foods, including fresh taco meal kits and taquitos, which are also available at retail stores and farmers markets.
