Little Spoon Ice Cream is owned and operated by Ashley and Mira, who are old friends who share a passion for food. As roommates in Halifax, where they both studied at the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design, they collaborated on countless meals, including their very special tradition of “second dinner,” which often ended with a scoop of ice cream. Now, they bring years of individual experience as artists, cooks, and business-owners to a new collaboration: Little Spoon, a small-batch organic ice cream delivery service on BC’s Sunshine Coast.
At Little Spoon we are committed to using the best ingredients possible. That means using organic, local and sustainable products whenever we can, with a focus on highlighting the outstanding ingredients made and grown on the Sunshine Coast and elsewhere in BC.
