After 8 years in general contracting with a large corporation in the role of Superintendent, I decided it was time for a change. Martens Operations Management is a business focused on consultant services in the field of project management, operations, and superintendent services for small businesses. Being contracted
on an hourly basis means small businesses can get the expertise and quality of a large corporation for only the quantity of time per week that they require. Ideally a large portion of the work can be completed remotely in accordance with PHO’s to stay close to home as much as possible but visits to the location is acceptable.
