We are Registered Clinical Counsellors and Registered Social Workers which means our services are often covered by extended benefits. We also work closely with ICBC, FNHA, First Responders, Sunlife and other EAPs so you may be covered.
We provide:

– Virtual or In-person or walk n’ talk
– Group sessions
– couples counselling
– Counselling for Men’s issues
– Counselling for children
– Sandplay and expressive arts therapies
– pet friendly to provide animal assisted therapy
– First Responders training
– FNHA and ICBC clients – no top-up
