What makes us different is that our coaching business is not the first or only company that we have run. Both principles of the myCEO team have founded and run small and large businesses both in the for-profit and not-for profit sectors, giving us real world, hands on entrepreneurial expertise and business acumen across a diverse group of industries. We understand what it takes to shift, pivot and grow and we combine this with our education, experience and deep acumen in strategic partnership development and growth management.

We specialize in strategic planning facilitation and implementation, business development, sales training and process, change management, costing and budget analysis, operations and logistics as well as business plan creation and implementation.

We strongly believe in paying it forward. We have a strong history of working with businesses and organizations supporting individuals with barriers to employment and always look for ways in which to support our community and local business. We created and facilitate Mastermind programs directly targeting women in business and women in the tech sector through strategic partnerships within our community and Canada at large. We also work with a national non-profit, having developed an education & coaching program that supports entrepreneurs with disabilities.
