*1-Satisfaction guarantee; after each and every job we will do a walk-through with the customer to get the feedback. You will be required to sign our satisfaction standards form after that. In cases this is not possible(customer not present) you will have 24 hours to contact us with any concerns about the job. We will come back to your property to redo or fix and address your concerns free of charge. The rescheduling it’s subject to our availability but we highly prioritize those cases. 20% discount would be applied to you the next service for the inconvenient caused.
