Nelson’s Chocofellar was established in 1990 by founders Sam Lazenby & Hollie Wheeler. Trained by Bernard Callebaut, Sam created a hefty menu of sweet confections that ravished the Kootenays for over 3 decades. In 2021, Swiss Chocolatier Aurelien Sudan & partner Mark Tomek took over the helm, and carried on the sweet tradition out of the same humble location.
