Rachel joined the mental health industry with a passion for creating an approachable and unpretentious therapeutic space, where people can come as they are and be their true selves. To help clients better understand their challenges, Rachel utilizes a gentle approach rooted in proven therapeutic modalities, including CBT, Somatic Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Parts Work Therapy, that are thoughtfully chosen to suit each person’s unique journey.
