We started Robertson’s Biltong in the middle of the pandemic. Wasn’t much to do in lockdown and as a mother and son who love to cook with South African heritage we decided to take a crack at biltong which is something South Africans know and love. We were pleasently surpised with our results and shared it on facebook, within 10 minuts people were coming to our door. We hit the ground running and take pride in the fact we use no preservatives, sulfites, or sugars. It is the perfect Keto snack and is absolutely delciicious. We describe our product as if prosciutto and beef jerky had a baby because of the high amount of fat we leave on our biltong and the bubble gum like texture it has . The response at the farmers markets last year was astounding. We can’t seem to make enough 🙂
