I work with clients 19 years and older one-on-one via video anywhere in British Columbia.
I support individuals in their recovery from: anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, orthorexia, body image struggles, exercise compulsion and other forms of disordered eating patterns.
I am patient, compassionate and highly trained and certified in recovery coaching and eating disorders work. I am also recovered from my own eating disorder and this brings a deep level of compassion, understanding and empathy to our work together.
