As a Mom of two young children myself, I know how confusing and frustrating it can be to not know where to turn and what option to choose. I also know what it is like to be exhausted and at your breaking point. I’m here to help parents choose the right path for their family! My promise to my families, is that I will support, guide, and mentor them on the path to getting their child sleeping better. I will be with them every step of the way! It’s sometimes difficult for parents to admit that they want to sleep, and a lot of the time they feel guilty for feeling that way. I’m here to tell them it’s OK! It’s OK to ask for help and it’s OK to want to sleep! I truly believe that we are all better versions of ourselves after a good night’s rest, and that is the same for our children as well. It is never too late or too early to start teaching our children healthy sleep habits.
