We are two maternity physicians and moms who started an online health hub for pregnant and newly parenting people. Our goal is to support people from feeling anxious and overwhelmed to prepared and empowered on their journey. We have a free podcast (She Found Motherhood Podcast) and Instagram (@she.found.motherhood), and have an online prenatal education course and a Newborn Sleep 101 course.
