We produce craft hard cider using local ingredients

Three female entrepreneurs created the Shuswap Cider Company Ltd. in Salmon Arm. We opened June 30 and have a manufacturing facility, tasting room and retail space plus a patio with food offerings. Our patio is child and dog friendly. We make 4 core ciders – Dry, Semi Sweet, Cherry Rose and Lavender Honey and now a limited edition Perry (100% Bartlett pears). Other ciders we have on tap are Ginger Pear, Haskap and Blueberry. Fruit is sourced locally and we are pleased to offer a compostable 4 pack ring for our 473ml. cans. We have started bottling in 750ml. bottles and recently had a Spiced Cherry one.
