  Furniture layout solution
  $ 6 per sq.m

  Includes development of 3 options of furniture layout plan and adjustments. As a result you will get:
  - measurement plan,
  - dismantling/installation plan,
  - new redevelopment plan,
  - furniture layout plan.

  Full Design-project
  $ 35 per sq.m.
  Includes:
  1. Preliminary work:
  - receiving measurements and photos of the object,
  - preparation of client's needs technical specification based on the completed questionnaire and its discussion.

  2. Development of a layout solution for the design-project:
  - providing 3-5 options of layouts in 2D and 3D format,
  - discussion and adjustments of options, after that preparing a final version.

  3. Development of interior design concept:
  - general stylistic solution based on examples,
  - general color solution based on examples,
  - materials selection by samples,
  - selection of furniture, lighting, plumbing, kitchen,
  decor details.

  4. Visualisation of the interior and 3D tour - based on selected furniture, lighting, materials.

  5. Development of technical documentation for repair works:
  - measurement plan,
  - dismantling plan (2D, 3D),
  - installation plan (2D, 3D),
  - mounting elements in 3D,
  - redevelopment plan (2D, 3D),
  - doors specification,
  - furniture layout plan (2D, 3D),
  - furniture statement,
  - plumbing equipment layout plan,
  - plumbing statement,
  - flooring plan,
  - ceiling plan,
  - heating plan,
  - ventilation and air conditioning plan,
  - the placement of lighting objects plan,
  - statement of lighting objects,
  - plan of layout of sockets, switches and electrical outlets,
  - statement of electrical accessories,
  - light groups,
  - wall plans showing electric accessories and furniture,
  - wall plans by materials (type of material,
  tile layout, decorative elements),
  - statement of finishing materials,
  - drawings of individual furniture that will be produced.

  Supervision
  from $ 500 per month
  ​ ​Design-project realisation with our supervision, in order to make constructional and finishing work according to the design-project.

  Personal calculation of the project cost (finishing materials, furniture, lighting, plumbing, electrical fittings). It is agreed with the customer and, if necessary, corrected.

  Regular site visits.

  Control over the compliance of works with the design project, statements, color and texture solutions.

  Consultations to a foreman and a customer - assistance in solving problems at the construction site that affect a visual component of the project.

  Selection of all decorative and finishing materials in stores and their approval at the facility.

  Replacement of selected items during repairs (discontinued, out of stock, etc.)

  Making edits to the drawings, if necessary (if they occurred during construction).

  For remote projects we work online in one chat with a foreman. All issues are being resolved remotely. Property onsite visits are done only if necessary for an additional charge.
