I run a speaking business called Survive It. As a professional speaker, I conduct presentations for businesses and groups that want their staff teams prepared when a disaster strikes and to keep them safe at all times. I facilitate sessions where the participants learn,

• how to avoid the five mistakes people make preparing for disaster,
• seven things people need to know to be ready,
• how to ride the emotional roller coaster of living through a disaster.

I do this in a 1-hour keynote or a 2-hour hands-on interactive session, where attendees will benefit from my years of experience and training, great content, funny and poignant stories, and audience participation.

In addition, I work with families that want to protect their loved ones and pets to ensure a speedy recovery in times of need. Virtually, I travel to their home to help them through a 32 Check-Point Preparedness Process. By the end of my Home Visit, they will identify the supplies they need, have a Family Disaster Plan, and take comfort knowing they are ready for whatever disaster comes their way.

I am the author of My Earthquake Preparedness Guide.

As a result of my work, people often share they are more prepared, have more confidence, have more control over uncertainty and peace of mind when unexpected events happen.
