We are Canada’s only members and suppliers of California Olive Oil Council (COOC) certified Extra Virgin Olive Oils (EVOO’s), flavored olive oils, barrel-aged and traditional Balsamics from Modena, Italy, and flavored balsamics. We currently have 43 options within our store and online, which include 3 award-winning plain EVOO’s that are certified pure through the COOC (California Olive Oil Council).
What makes our products different are a few things:
We do not source from large 3rd party suppliers that “pool” the same variety EVOO from multiple groves into larger batches and then supply the masses. Our award-winning EVOO comes from small, family, artisnal groves. We’ve had the pleasure of standing in the middle of these groves with our suppliers and picked olives off of the trees. We toured and personally met our suppliers and facilities. Having this connection was what was of the utmost importance to us. Having the family connection to our suppliers meant more than calling up a 1-800 number to place an order. What these families do each and every day, what they live, love, cherish, and dream about what was important to us. This is what it means to us, to bring, the freshest, purest, and most beautiful evoo in the world.
We are Canada’s only source for COOC EVOO for patients on the Nemechek Protocol. An all natural treatment for autonomic disfunction created by Dr. Nemechek, doctor of Internal Medicine, who created UCLA’s first HIV clinic in Kern, California.
