Going to court for a separation or divorce is stressful, hectic and expensive. Although there are occasions when litigation is absolutely necessary, my colleagues at Baker Newby LLP and I are aware of the fact that prolonged litigation is both time-consuming and expensive. Therefore, anytime we can negotiate a settlement that benefits our clients and we are able to avoid court or arguing before a judge, we are able to save our clients’ time, money and anguish.

In recent years, I am more inclined to recommend to the wives and husbands and the mothers and fathers who come to see me each day the process of family mediation or family arbitration. We look forward to helping you and your family.
